This year has certainly been one for the books for me. I’ve gone from being a fiance of a deployed sailor to a Navy wife; from a high school teacher to a university professor; from working outside the home to working from it. I’ve lived in two different states and three different places this year– a city, a beach resort, and a small town.
I went from me to we; from mine to ours; from one ring to two. In the span of a week we totaled (through no fault of our own and every fault of our horribly old cars) our two cars and bought– for the first time for either one of us– a brand-new car. I watched a triple time victory over Michigan with college friends and lost completely lost my voice. I did a lot of crying and a lot of laughing. Thank you so much for going on this journey with me! I am so happy I’ve been able to share so many things with you over this past year.
It has been a great year– and I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store! But before then, take one last look down memory lane with me. Here are the most popular blog posts from this year!
