This isn’t a sponsored post. I’m just genuinely excited about this awesome program.
Do you have someone who is deployed right now? SeaBear Wild Salmon wants to make their holidays–and their colleagues’ holidays– more festive and a little fishier.
Through their annual Treat the Troops program, they send free cases of ready-to-eat smoked, wild salmon to deployed units around the world. They’ve already sent over 15,000 pouches to date and are hoping to send out at least 3,000 pouches this holiday season.
Here’s how their program works
SeaBear gives their customers the option to buy a pouch to donate. When a customer does so, they match it pouch for pouch. (So if you buy one, they’ll put one into the box too.) If you want to donate to the program, you can go here.
Get your loved one’s unit on the list
Right now, as we speak, SeaBear has 25 cases of salmon just waiting for the address of a deployed service member. Each case has 60 pouches in it–it’s truly a wonderfully generous gift that is completely free to you and makes sure that there’s plenty to go around the unit. And let me repeat that: They have tons to give away but currently no nominations of unitsto ship these to. (And if they receive more names than boxes, they will to continue filling nominations as donations come in.)
To get your loved one’s name and unit on the list, go to this website, scroll to the bottom and follow the directions for emailing your nomination.

I received this information directly from SeaBear. Please direct questions and concerns to them as they can more readily assist you than I can. I am only passing on this information because it is a fantastic resource for deployed service members– I cannot solve problems or answer questions further than what is presented here.
