The military lifestyle offers a unique set of challenges. (That might be an understatement.) Affirmations– especially ones that resound with you and your life– can be very helpful in shaping your outlook… from day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year.
Use these affirmations and print them, write them down, pin them… Do what you need to do with them, but be sure to use the ones that speak to you.

This post reminds me of a children’s book that I bought from a mother and son who made it together. It’s called I choose. It’s a great reminder… like this post, that we have a choice in more than we may realize about our lives. I think I need to write about it! :)
Absolutely! I’ll need to check up on that book!
Love these!
I sometimes think, “It’s okay. There’s always chocolate and Diet Coke.”
That’s an AWESOME one!
