T-Mobile is offering special pricing for (get ready for this) active duty service members, veterans, retired military personnel, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and Gold Star families. Yeah, it’s seriously that comprehensive. T-Mobile offers an easy way to verify your military affiliation. If you have questions about it, you can always contact your local T-Mobile store or call 1-800-TMOBILE.
Pricing is easy and ranges from 20% off to 50% off their popular unlimited T-Mobile ONE plan, depending on how many lines you need. In the military program, one line costs $55 per month (a 20% savings), three to six additional lines are $25 per month each (a savings of 50%), and any lines you may need after six cost $10 per month (a savings of 50%). These prices are through enrolling in AutoPay and they include taxes and fees — so you don’t have to worry about any additional costs. Essentially, a family of four can get four lines of unlimited for just $100/month – just $25 a line – and that’s with taxes and fees included.
What’s included
Besides a smaller bill every month that doesn’t surprise you with any extra costs, there are some other big perks that come with T-Mobile ONE Military plan.. They’re truly pulling out the all the stops. No matter how many lines you have in your plan, you’ll enjoy these perks that will be hugely useful in the military lifestyle:
- Unlimited talk, text, and data in the US… so you can stay connected all the time.
- A Netflix subscription is included (you know, to use with your unlimited streaming during PCSes–and, who am I kidding?–all the time!).
- Unlimited talk and text in Mexico and Canada, plus up to 5 GB of 4G LTE data.
- Texting and data in 210+ countries and destinations also included… so you’re able to keep up with everyone when you travel.
- In-flight texting for the whole flight and one hour of wi-fi on all Gogo-enabled domestic flights included… so that PCSing and travel don’t have to slow you down.
- Mobile hotspot data with up-to 3G speed… because being mobile and connected is way better.
